OnlyFans agency contract checklist: what to check before you sign
Updated 20 June 2026
A management agreement is the document that actually governs the relationship — not the sales call. Before signing anything, it's worth checking that these points are covered in writing, not just discussed verbally.
Fees and commission
- Is the fee a flat rate, a percentage of revenue, or both?
- What is the percentage calculated against — gross revenue, or net of platform fees?
- When and how is it billed?
Account access
- Exactly what access is being requested, and what isn't?
- Can you review or revoke access at any time?
- Who else besides your named contact can see your account?
Content and messaging approval
- Is there a written playbook or guidelines you approve before anything goes live?
- What's the process for anything outside those guidelines — does it get escalated to you?
Payouts
- Do payouts continue to come to your own account directly?
- Is the agency's fee clearly separate from your earnings, not deducted invisibly?
Term, notice and leaving
- Is there a minimum term, and what is it?
- What notice period applies if you want to leave?
- What happens to access and content once the relationship ends?
Confidentiality and data
- Is your data handled in line with a stated privacy policy?
- Is there a confidentiality commitment covering your identity, content and figures?
If any of these aren't clearly answered in writing, it's reasonable to ask before signing — and to be cautious of anyone who'd rather you didn't.
