What working here actually involves.
The same terms apply across every role, so you know what you're signing up for.
Contractor status
Roles are engaged as independent contractors rather than employees, unless a specific role states otherwise in writing.
Pay structure
Pay is role-based — hourly, per-shift or commission-linked depending on the role — and set out clearly in writing before you start. Exact rates are confirmed at interview, not published generally.
Minimum age
You must be 18 or older to apply for any role, in line with the age of the creators and content we work with.
Confidentiality & NDA
Every role requires signing a confidentiality agreement before you get access to any creator account or information.
Training process
Onboarding includes written guidelines, reference examples and a supervised trial period before you work unsupervised on live accounts.
Quality assurance
Work is reviewed against each creator's guidelines and platform rules on an ongoing basis — not only when something goes wrong.
Data handling
Access to accounts and creator information is limited to what your role needs, and you agree to our data-handling rules as part of onboarding.
Tell us about you.
This is a separate process from creator applications. We review applications as roles require, and we'll only be in touch if there's a fit.
