Straight answers to the questions creators ask.
If something isn't covered here, ask us directly — we'd rather you applied with a clear picture.
Getting started
We run the commercial and operational work around your content so you can focus on creating. In practice that means promotion across platforms, around-the-clock fan engagement, content planning, pricing and offer testing, performance tracking and an overall growth strategy built for you. You stay the creator; we operate the business behind the account.
A real person reviews your application against fit, audience, content and goals. If it looks like a match, we'll get in touch — sometimes by call, sometimes in writing — to talk through strategy, boundaries and onboarding. If it isn't a fit, you'll get a clear, honest decline rather than silence. We aim to review applications within a few working days, though we don't promise an instant decision.
No. Empower Agency is independent. We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with OnlyFans or any other creator platform. We work alongside whichever platforms you use, within their rules.
How we work
Whatever we agree at onboarding — typically promotion, messaging, scheduling, pricing tests and reporting. We tailor scope to each creator rather than applying a fixed package. You always know what we're handling and what remains yours.
Trained engagement staff cover your messages across shifts, including peak hours for your audience. They follow a messaging playbook you approve — tone, topics, what's encouraged and what's off-limits — with quality assurance and clear rules for escalating anything sensitive to you. Nothing goes live until you're happy with the guidelines.
We build a reference guide with you — examples of how you speak, words you use and don't, and the boundaries you set. Staff are briefed on it and we review conversations against it, refining over time so replies sound like you.
Primarily Reddit, X (Twitter) and Instagram, alongside content planning and scheduling that feeds your subscription platform. We choose the mix based on your niche and audience rather than promoting everywhere for the sake of it, and we work within each platform's rules.
Enough to keep your channels and subscription consistent — we plan the schedule around what you can realistically deliver, not an unsustainable ideal. We'll agree a workable cadence together at onboarding. Consistency matters more than volume.
Individually. We start from your audience, content, pricing and goals, agree a plan with you, then test and adapt it based on what the data shows. We don't apply a copy-and-paste playbook across every creator.
We agree a reporting cadence with you at onboarding and stick to it, with a named point of contact for anything in between. You'll know what's being worked on, what the numbers are doing and what we're changing next.
Tell your account manager as early as you can. We'd rather plan around a break — pausing promotion, adjusting messaging and using your existing library sensibly — than have the operation run on a false assumption. Sustained inactivity is something we'll always talk through with you honestly rather than let quietly drift.
Your control & privacy
Yes. You own your identity, content and brand, and you set the boundaries we work within. We agree tone, limits and approvals before anything goes live, and you remain responsible for creating the agreed content and for the strategic decisions. Empower operates around your brand; it never owns it.
Yes. Applications are private and reviewed individually. We only collect what we need to assess fit, we don't ask for explicit content or government ID through the public form, and your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
The account and everything in it stay yours — we never take ownership of it. Any access we need to do the agreed work is set up carefully, kept to the minimum required, and agreed with you at onboarding. You can review or change what we can access at any time.
Commercials
No, and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. Results depend on your audience, niche, pricing, content consistency, platform conditions and how closely we follow the agreed strategy. What we commit to is the work, the systems and an honest, data-led approach.
Commercial terms are agreed privately and depend on the management arrangement and scope. We'll set them out clearly in writing before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
Any minimum term or notice period is agreed in writing as part of your management arrangement and discussed with you before you commit. We don't publish a fixed figure here because terms are tailored to each creator.
Yes. Platforms pay out to your own account in the normal way; we don't sit between you and your earnings. Our fee is invoiced or deducted separately, exactly as set out in your written agreement, so what you're paid and what we're paid are always clear and separate.
Yes. Notice periods and offboarding are set out in your written agreement, agreed before you start rather than sprung on you later. When you leave, access we were given is handed back or removed, and we don't keep using your content or account after the relationship ends.
Eligibility
Sometimes. We're best suited to creators who already have some traction or a credible route to it — for example an existing following on another platform. If you're newer, the review stage is where we work out honestly whether now is the right time.
It helps, but it isn't an absolute requirement. What matters most is that you can produce content consistently and that there's a realistic path to growth. We'll be straight with you about fit at the review stage.
Yes, creators do move to us from other agencies. Please check your existing contract — including any notice period or exclusivity — before applying, as those terms are between you and your current agency. We can talk through a sensible transition during onboarding.
We're UK-based and work with creators internationally. Engagement coverage is arranged around your audience's time zones. If you're unsure whether your location works, mention it in your application and we'll let you know.
Yes. We only represent creators who are 18 or older, and this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Empower Agency is an independent agency. We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with OnlyFans or any other creator platform. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Results depend on factors including your audience, niche, pricing, content consistency, platform conditions and the agreed strategy.
